    The Vineyards were purchased, making the community Rookwood's first residential property in Dayton, OH.

  • Purchased Markwell Village

    Markwell Village joined Rookwood Properties residential portfolio as the first property located in Louisville, KY.

  • Purchased Chateau Village and River Bend Apartments

    After purchasing River Bend Apartments and Chateau Village, extensive interior and exterior renovations were quickly implemented.

  • Opened The Enclave

    Rookwood opened The Enclave, high-end apartments in Sharonville, OH.

  • EXPANDED DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI PRESENCE, WITH OPENING OF CRANE FACTORY FLATS

    Crane Factory Flats opened its doors in downtown Cincinnati, after redeveloping the former home of the Crane-Hawley Factory from the early 1900s, and then most recently, the Hamilton County Board of Elections.

  • COMPLETED $30 MILLION ACQUISITION, THE LARGEST IN COMPANY HISTORY

    Rookwood acquired six apartment buildings throughout Southwest Ohio through a $30 million deal, increasing its portfolio by 40%. The six properties and its 774-apartments will undergo a $17 million interior and exterior renovation.

    Rookwood collaborated with North American Properties and North Pointe Group to develop a 139-unit apartment tower above the highly-anticipated downtown Cincinnati Kroger.
