Rookwood Properties has completed a major renovation at The Lofts in less than a year owning it. Interior improvements to many of the apartments include new carpet, entry flooring, lighting, kitchen flooring, ceramic tile and bathroom fixtures while exterior improvements include new blacktop parking areas, 8-car garage, curbs, concrete entryways, monument signage, landscaping and a new car wash area. The clubhouse was also renovated with new carpet, lighting, cabinets, granite countertops and furniture. In addition, new kitchen appliances were installed in the clubhouse as well as new clubhouse restrooms, which included new tile and bathroom fixtures.

Rookwood Properties acquired the The Lofts in November 2012. With 159 apartments, this community is part of the Prospect Point development and is located in Villa Hills, Kentucky.
