We are excited to unveil The Rye Cincinnati, our newest luxury apartment building in downtown Cincinnati! The Rye honors Brookfield Rye, its original tenant from 1904, and will feature 35 one-bedroom units with a 2,800 square foot ground-level commercial space available to lease.

There will be seven different floorplans, ranging from 574-892 square feet. Each unit will feature stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, balconies (in select units), custom closets (with walk-in closets in select units), quartz countertops, ceramic tile showers and concrete flooring. In particular, the second-floor apartments will include hardwood flooring to reflect the original flooring that existed on that floor when the building was originally built. Resident amenities include a community lounge, fitness center, dog washing station and storage rentals.

This LEED-certified and historic preservation project, was about to begin construction in early March 2020, resulting in a 16-month halt. Now construction is well on the way and we anticipate pre-leasing to begin in March 2022 for early summer move-ins.
