The view from The Lofts is very nice! No noise from expressway, etc. It's the best value for the money!

With a proactive property manager, an adept maintenance supervisor, a seasoned remodeler, a very reliable office assistant, spacious units with storage areas, beautiful green spaces with ponds and ducks, paved trails through the woods, friendly neighbors..... this is my final address!

The location, rolling hills, lakes, and the walking trails are my favorite things about The Lofts.

I really enjoyed my stay here. You continue to maintain and improve your facilities and it's obvious that you take great price in your work.

I am currently living in the Loft Apartments in Villa Hills. Shannon Martin our Property Manager is AMAZING! She cares about her tenants and ensures you get a response in a timely manner with a great sense of urgency. She is a professional and the EPITOME of kindness. I am very happy living here and I have recommended my friends to live here as well.

Beautiful scenery, Shannon is a great and very communicative property manager, my neighbors are kind and we've become friends, and Larry is great at his job and always fun to talk to. Maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly. We moved here with the intention of being here until we can buy a house, and it's a realistic goal.

I have only lived in the Lofts for a short period of time. I already know that this will be my home for a long period of time. Shannon, is awesome. She always takes time to address any questions that I have. She is always pleasant, and definitely, wants you to be happy. The complex is kept very clean and, the grounds are beautiful. Any of the residents that I have met since my move here have given me positive feedback. I do not think that I have met anyone who has been living in the complex for a short period of time. I am fortunate that there was an apartment available. I am very happy to call The Lofts my home. Thank you, Shannon! For making it all happen.

The managers and maintenance staff were always available to address my issues or maintenance needs. From Sharon to Shannon - great managers! Larry was an awesome and thorough maintenance man. So happy with our experience!
