HISTORIC DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI BUILDING AND LONG-TIME ROOKWOOD PROPERTIES COMMERICAL PROPERTY TO BE CONVERTED INTO APARTMENTS

Construction has begun to redevelop a historic, downtown Cincinnati property into a 35-unit apartment building, after a 16-month delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The building will feature 7 different one-bedroom floorplans that range from 574-892 sq ft, and we will be seeking historical designation and LEED certification.  A ground level 2,819 sq ft commercial retail space will be available to lease.

The building is currently vacant, but for the last 35+ years, it housed the Plaza Art store on the 1st floor commercial space and Antonelli College occupied the rest of the building.

A name and brand for the new apartments have not yet been released.  Apartments are expected to open Spring of 2022.
