The Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Apartment Association held the Prestige Awards on April 19, 2024 to celebrate excellence in the local multifamily housing industry and we are thrilled to be included among leaders of the local industry. We are proud to congratulate the winners from Rookwood Properties:

• Kelly Speece, Office Manager at the Corporate Office for Best Administrative Assistant Award
• The Enclave for Best Floorplan Category 2 Award

The nomination process was months in the making, as initial applications were submitted with letters of recommendation. The next round of nominations consisted of property visits and candidate interviews conducted by third-party judges from all over the country.

The Rye was also nominated for the Best Renovation Plan or Property Update Award.
