This past year, Rookwood Properties celebrated their 50th anniversary. Started in 1966 by Robert Kanter, his sons Mark and Fred Kanter later joined the business, along with grandchildren Jeremy and Molli Kanter. First as a property management company, Rookwood evolved into a real estate development company, in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus markets.
