The Vineyards I

I love the updated look with the designer suites at The Vineyards. The matching stainless steel appliances, the tile in the bathroom, the light fixtures, etc. They are very modern and i love the way they look!

The facade of The Vineyards really drew my fiance and I's attention at first. It's well-kept and has nice groundskeeping. When we went on a tour of an apartment, the space was awesome and had everything we needed.

I have been in Englewood for over a decade and i love how everything i need is in close proximity to where i live. Places to walk, easy access to sidewalks and parks, groceries, community activities. I stayed close to my parents by moving a couple miles away and it worked out perfectly when i found The Vineyards. Great place for me and my dogs! Great starter apartment for being on my own for the first time.

The helpfulness and courteousness of the staff is one of my favorite things about The Vineyards. Jennifer is always so nice and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and i love that fact. It's important to me because i know that they care for the community.

The upgrades! I love living in a space with new appliances, flooring, decor......even the hallway and outside of my building has an uplift. I love when an apartment community takes pride in their property. It brings a scale of higher living that makes me appreciate my space and the property even more!

My favorite thing about the community here at The Vineyards is the overall atmosphere of kindness that can be felt across the property. Although all of the residents here come from different cultures and backgrounds, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who would pass you without a friendly "hello". I've gotten to know many of the people living not just in my building, but throughout the many buildings here simply by walking my dog outside. There is never a lack of help or friendly faces; it truly is a community.
