Riverbend Apartments

Been here for three years, will stay longer. great management, clean property, helpful maintenance man.

I am really glad I made the move to Riverbend. Sharon is really on top of it. She responded to multiple email/questions prior to my move in and every question or concern I've had since being here. I had one issue that I needed to be fixed by the maintenance man James. The issue was fixed in a matter of no time, literally within hours. The complex is nice and quiet and very well kept!! I couldn't be happier!! Thank you Rookwood for hiring such great people and for taking such great care of the property.

Ive had a great experience over the last two years. The property is always quiet and well kept. Maintenance is quick to get things done and super helpful. The pool is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Coming to River Bend has been one of the most positive apartment searching experiences I have ever had. From the moment I contacted the leasing office to when I moved in I have never had a complex more timely or responsive. It saved me quite a few application fees as Riverbend was my first choice. I even recieved my response so quickly that I was able to cancel several showings at other places. This allowed me to setup all my utilities ect with the saved time. I truly appreciate the management staff and the maintenance staff for being so easy to work with to rush my move in for me. The place looks wonderful and had been a quiet friendly place to live even after just a few days. And also just the accommodations at move in were very orderly reducing my stress over the whole thing. Not to mention the welcome I recieved. Even after getting here they are opening even more amenities that are exciting. Like the brand new dog park! (Side note I haven't met an unfriendly neighbor yet which is pretty nice.)
