    Very good place and good management and maintenance is very good
    Our new Manager Rachel is doing a great job trying to keep everything intact. She has a listening ear and responds quickly. The new maint. Crew are also on work orders ASAP!! Also the grounds man keeps the property nice and clean. This property has came along way and it will keep improving with time as long as we have the great crew we have working with all of us tenants. Keep up the great job Rachel and all of her staff! Great things are coming!!!!! Im here again months later and the property is looking great! I have to applaud Rachel the property manager again on the awesome job she is doing running this property. Ive never seen a better manager on this property in over 10 years. The improvements have made me stay on this property. Still need lots of things to change,but with the Team Rachel has will make it happen. Keep up the Good job Rachel,Tara,Dan,Vincent and Pat!!!! You guys make Versailles villiage a better place to call home

    Since Rookwood has taken over there have been lots of new improvements. We have been through multiple property managers and I think weve finally got someone amazing. Rachael, please stay and help us get better! You work hard, stay late and it shows. Youve got a great staff now. You are very pleasant to speak to. You are lots of fun. You really know how to handle our wild group of kids on the property. They listen to you but the problem is, Max said you owe him $5 from the basketball court. Rachael, Tara, Vincent, Patrick & Dan please stay forever!
