Orchard Village

Just moved my mother into a fantastic "Trademark" series apartment that really makes you feel like "you've arrived." I'm talking about a reasonably-priced, well-located luxury apartment that delivers not only convenience , but keeps all those thoughtful kitchen spaces you mourned losing to "downsize." Hidden behind a sliding pocket-door where the stone countertop ends is a laundry/utility room any luxury condo would envy. Even more surprising, all the obvious care that went into remodeling the Trademark apartment spaces is matched by the property management. Sincere concern is hard to find after landlords were stuck with the check following the COVID-19 Bacchanal. Yet our move-in (on certain short notice) was as friendly as it was flawless. Don't waste another application fee on people who don't care a thing about you once your credit passes muster and their lease is inked. Come home to a residential management that truly considers your happiness every day.

Waffa, Casmira, and maintenance man Chris create a wonderful living environment they are all friendly and eager to address any issues you might have. Maintenance requests are swiftly taken care of through the residents app, often getting resolved by the very next day.

Love living here! Wonderful apartment, complex and community! The property manager Wafaa is so friendly, and ensures satisfaction. Would highly recommend to everyone!
