Reserve at The Pines

My view from my balcony over the roofs and down the valley is my favorite thing about The Pines. My balcony is huge by most apartment standards and with the southern facing exposure has been wonderful for container gardening.

The better question than why did i choose The Pines would be why have i stayed. I moved into a one bedroom in 1996 thinking it was temporary, maybe a year. The floor plan was good, the staff was friendly, and it was close to work. When i outgrew the one bedroom and moved into a spacious two bedroom in 2001 that i loved in part because of the clerestory ceiling in the living area- but then there was the fire in 2004. The staff was able to relocate me to a 2 bedroom at 12153 temporarily but then i realized how nice it was being at the back of the complex by the Princeton Schools property and i have stayed. Guess that makes it 20 years total this year.

My favorite thing about the staff at The Pines is their immediate responses, especially anytime maintenance needs done. They're personable too. Pam has been nothing but terrific and i couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else.

My favorite thing about this community is that i feel safe here. No loud neighbors and no loud parties. I feel safe coming home anytime day or night.
