    A very quiet community that is minutes from everything. The community is kept very clean and manicured.
    Excellent experience. I stayed here in 1-BR apartment for around 1.5 years. Management is very good and quick to respond to issues. Appliances are in good working condition. Nice locality with proximity to several supermarkets, Dayton Mall, Rave Cinemas, etc.
    I have lived at the Conifers for about 3 years in an Evergreen 1 bedroom apartment and have loved it. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I've had minimal to no issues with noisy neighbors. The rent is reasonable for the amount of space you get. It's rare to find a 1 bedroom apartment with a huge storage room. I appreciate the security of two locked entrances to the apartment. There are a lot of great walking paths with the neighborhood right behind my apartment building. The pool and amenities are nice. Every time I have ever called with an issue they respond very quickly. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

    It was the best apartment complex we lived in and had a wonderful community of people living there as our neighbors. We ended up moving from there 4 years ago due to job transfers to another part of Ohio.
