The Enclave

I loved my time living at the Enclave for 3 years. The only reason I moved was because I was able to buys a house. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. To start, the Management was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Beth was always very friendly and helpful. For the very few repair requests that I had they were all handled promptly and efficiently. Cortes was better than I could have asked for in addressing those issues. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. They also have nice amenities here and are close to anything you could possibly need.

I selected The Enclave as my new home because the newly constructed property and amenities certainly provide the value and quality that I was looking for in a home at a reasonable price. The staff is truly amazing and they immediately made me feel at home.

My favorite thing about living at The Enclave is the location! I can drive to Deerfield to shop, Union Centre, the new Liberty Center, Blue Ash, Kenwood and lots more all within 10 minutes! 171, I75, and 275 are super convenient.

The location of The Enclave is perfect being just minutes from Tri County and Deerfield Towne Center. It is right off I-275 so it is quick and easy to go virtually anywhere in the Cincinnati area. Also, the updated appliances and spacious layout gives our apartment the unique modern feel that we wanted.

The Enclave is a new apartment complex with awesome and friendly staff that listen and address problems promptly. The apartments are beautiful with updated kitchens and bathrooms. The closets are fantastic and I have the space I need for all my things. I had a large checklist of "must haves" when looking for my first apartment in Cincinnati. The Enclave is literally the only place that has not only met, but has also exceeded the expectations of that list. It truly is a great place to live!

Besides being a brand new apartment building, it is much more spacious and offered more amenities than what the competitors were offering for the same rent. Also, the location is fantastic!

I really like that the staff at The Enclave are attentive to the needs of each resident. If there is an issue then they are responsive. The property keepers are also very friendly; it's nice that they are courteous to the residents.

I appreciate the great job that Cortes did on my sink and disposal. He was thorough and left everything completely clean and tidy. And he was polite and respectful.

Great complex, good response to issues and awesome staff. Enjoy dealing with Beth & Cortes.
