The Pines Apartments

My view from my balcony over the roofs and down the valley is my favorite thing about The Pines. My balcony is huge by most apartment standards and with the southern facing exposure has been wonderful for container gardening.

I moved into a one bedroom in 1996 thinking it was temporary, maybe a year. The floor plan was good, the staff was friendly, and it was close to work. When I outgrew the one bedroom and moved into a spacious two bedroom in 2001 that I loved in part because of the clerestory ceiling in the living area. I relocated to a 2 bedroom, then I realized how nice it was being at the back of the complex and I have stayed. Guess that makes it 20 years total this year.

My favorite thing about the staff at The Pines is their immediate responses, especially anytime maintenance needs done. They're personable too. Pam has been nothing but terrific and I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else.

My favorite thing about this community is that I feel safe here. No loud neighbors and no loud parties. I feel safe coming home anytime day or night.

I’m absolutely in love with my new apartment! Cozy, warm, clean, beautiful atmosphere, it makes me happy to be returning home after long day at work !!! Definitely mentioning Ms. Pam and Ms. Tracey, their professionalism and dedication to make moving process very smooth and enjoyable. Forever thankful
